GREEN SIDE TABLE

柔らかく加工しやすい生木の性質を活かした、ワークショップ形式で作成可能なサイドデーブルです。

足部分はバンジーコードで固定され、誰でも工具なしで組み立てが可能で、購入者は自分の好きな枝ぶりや太さ、長さを選び足部分の加工ができます。

使用する生木はキャンプ場などの間伐によって選定された木材を使い、選定した地域ごとの植生や環境条件などの違いが直接プロダクトの表情を作り出します。

乾燥後は細胞組織が占め固まるため強くて軽く性質変化するためその過程を楽しむこともできます。

職人が旋盤により削り丹念に磨き上げた天板部分が、家具としての品質を担保しながら、生木部分の持つ自由な加工がプロダクトごとにオリジナルな形状として反映されます。

生木と整材という、人の介入度（人工度合）が異なる２種類の「木」を組み合わせることで、人と自然の間を柔らかく繋いでくれるプロセスを含むサイドテーブルです。

This side-dable can be created in a workshop format, taking advantage of the soft and easy-to-process nature of raw wood.

The legs are secured with bungee cords, and anyone can assemble them without the use of tools.

The raw wood used is selected by thinning at campsites and other locations, and differences in vegetation and environmental conditions in each selected area directly affect the look and feel of the product.

After drying, the cellular structure is occupied and hardens, making the wood stronger and lighter, a process that can also be enjoyed.

The top panel, which is carefully polished by a craftsman using a lathe, ensures the quality of the furniture, while the free processing of the raw wood is reflected in the original shape of each product.

By combining two types of “wood” with different degrees of human intervention (degree of artificiality), raw wood and prepared wood, this side table includes a process that softly connects people with nature.
