自然と都市の中間領域とも言える里山の環境をテーマにした提案。

人口減少や高齢化に伴うインフラ維持の難しさから人々の里山離れが進行する中、これからの日本の里山環境において自然と都心をつなぐような里山の新しい役割を提案した。

空き家を活用した、不動産の新システムやシステムを維持するために関わるステークホルダーが、少しずつまちのことを思い行動することで活動がスプロールしてく仕組みづくりを考えた。

This proposal focuses on the satoyama environment, an area between nature and the city.

As people are moving away from satoyama due to difficulties in maintaining infrastructure as the population declines and ages, we proposed a new role for satoyama that would connect nature and the urban center in the satoyama environment of Japan in the future.

We proposed a new system of real estate that utilizes vacant houses, and a mechanism for sprawling activities through the gradual action of stakeholders involved in maintaining the system with the community in mind.
